Great News for Chocolate Loving Skaters!

A lot of skaters have a lot of strange eating habits, so not that much shocks me in that regard. (Milk after practice on a hot day? Pancakes on bout mornings? Sure, why not.) That said, the New York Times’ Well Blog ran a piece today that comes as a sweet surprise to athletic types.

Eating Chocolate Can Help Your Workout–New York Times

Seems like sound advice to me!
